Genuine RV in Nacogdoches TX was awesome with our PDI. They even let you stay there if you want to try everything out.

Valves and such important things are on a need to know basis,... they didn't figure you needed to know.

Told about the 2 valves at CW walk through as our 1st ice maker! Someone mentioned poor engineering for placement, ever think the guy that plumbed the unit never went past 4th grade?

My second valve is under the stove/oven. I have to remove the drawer under the oven to get to it.

....never heard back. Well, of course not. They did their job and the rest is now up to you (and those here to help each other)... unless of course if you’d like to drop the unit off at the dealer for a month while they figure it out for you (maybe figure it out).
