I'm not sure if you're asking about installing another "factory built" shelf or if you're asking about something else.
If you're plan is to buy a shelf "like the ones already in your trailer, from Keystone and install it yourself", Keystone does not sell to the public. They only sell through dealerships.
You can go to any RV dealership that handles your trailer brand, tell them what you're wanting to buy. They can look it up, get a price from Keystone and if you agree to the pricing, they can order it for you. Many dealerships have trailers being delivered from the factory on a regular basis and Keystone can put the shelf in one of those, to save shipping charges (if the dealership will ask). Otherwise, shipping will be added to the price... Sometimes a dealership will "have it shipped in the next trailer and still charge the customer for shipping, so be aware of what you ask, how you ask it and pay attention to the price quotes you get.
Also, if you know what you're looking for, "exactly" you can often find it at Trekwood.com. You can go to their website, enter the trailer information and then select "cabinets" from the menu and often get a "pretty good idea" on the cost for an item. Shipping, however, is something else, and it's usually very expensive on larger items.
If you're "simply looking for a pantry shelf to add" you might find it's easier, simpler and cheaper to just go to Lowe's buy a quarter sheet of plywood, stain it "close to the same color" and tack/glue a couple of runners inside the pantry and lay the shelf on top of the runners. If it "bounces, then a couple of "well placed screws".....
