Upgrade for Sound system?

MY keystone 2012 sound system (jenson awm970) is not meeting my kid's needs to stream and has no blue tooth. In fact the USB is not working.

What is the drop in model that can also allow them to cast to the Tv and hook up to all the new stuff to phones and kids want?

By"drop in" if your talking about size it's a standard double din. If you are talking about wiring you will most likely need to remove the wiring harness and install what comes with the new radio.

There are several options out there. Your unit should be double din. From talking to Crutchfield about options to replace what came in this trailer (Furrion) there weren't many that were RV specific. Jensen, iRV and Furrion come to mind. And on that topic, if I were you, I would avoid anything with Furrion on it.

I replaced my last one and I looked for something that didn't require me to completely rework the woodwork. Jensen makes a couple of units that might hopefully just go right back into the same holes you have. You also probably need to just pull the head and see what that cutout looks like. I suspect it is a full cutout. This trailer came with a Furrion double din but only 1/2 of the wall is cut out behind it. It has a double din faceplate/controls but only uses a single din cutout.

Here's a link to a iRV unit on Amazon that has measurements on the front:

They also have Jensen units.

If it is a double din, check out crutchfield for replacements. If not, here is an idea.

The JWM6a would most likely drop in there. my trailer is a 2015. Came with a Realtek?, previous owner upgraded. Speakers suck but it has bluetooth. Buy a cheap smart TV for casting, and maybe a speaker swap. Or you could go nuts with a Kenwood double din with polk audio speakers an Alpine 4 channel 300 watt amp with a JBL self powered sub woofer.

We bought a Vizio sound bar with a wireless sub-woofer and it is outstanding. Bluetooth, TV and movies through TV. I think it was around $150 at Costco.
