Fireplace issues

So my 32rli has a jinky fireplace they say they will warranty. my manual for it says it has a remote, which I didn't get when i purchased it either...

My issues are pretty common in that the fireplace comes on, then when the thermostat reaches programed temp, it kicks the fan off....but it never cycles the fan/heat element back on. In fact you have to jimmy with the power switch, shake it, do a rain dance and sacrafice your first born to get it to blow heat again before the problem returns 5 minutes later after 2 hours of looking like a bafoon.

Is this common and is there a better one i can replace it with? I figure i let them warranty it, then I can sell it and put a better one in, if there is such an animal.

If it's a Furrion I wouldn't mess with it. They agreed to replace my Furrion TV under warranty but like the Furrion fireplace it's junk so told them I would buy my own replacement TV...and did. The old Furrion? It sits in the shop at the dealership for the folks to watch. No time/patience to try to sell something like that. At least I got free labor for the replacement...

yeah i believe it is the furrion , so i should just buy a new one? the tv is a "summit" which is literally a rebranded Jensen.

Measure the opening and look for ANY brand that is NOT an RV fireplace. GrayStone is the worst IMO.
