Call Customer Service at the factory, (866) 425 4369 They are open 9AM to 4PM EST Monday through Friday. It seems that one person will get positive results, then the next will come away upset and angry... There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason to who gets approved and who gets denied. The best results will probably be an agreement to provide replacement decals with the understanding that you'll have to pay for labor to remove the old ones and install the new ones. It's not a technically difficult job, just very labor intensive, so if you're up to the task, you can probably get excellent results and gain a few physical "workouts" as well...
Remember, you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar, so present your case, give them all that you've done to protect and maintain your decals, explain what you have and be prepared to email them pictures of the defective/faded decals.
Consider it a "crap shoot" that can go either way, so even if they say no, at least you tried. If you don't try, you'll never know what "could have been"....
