Non toy hauler Raptor

Are there Raptors made that are not toy haulers? The wife and I saw a 5th wheel that we really liked and could swear it was a Raptor but it wasn't a toy hauler. Can anyone think of a trailer that the name is similar?

As far as I know RAPTORS are THs If not interested in a garage there are many Keystone models that have interiors equivalent to or better (luxury) than the Raptor.

Visit the Keystone Website www.keystonerv.com to view the many models

The Raptor line is strictly toyhaulers. No other Keystone 5th wheel's begin with "R"... must have been another manufacturer.

In 2011 There was the Raptor 3602RL which was a "toy hauler" in that the rear living room could be converted to a garage, however it had an entertainment center slide and two recliners which could be moved to the main cabin to use the garage. That's the last (to my knowledge) Raptor that wasn't exclusively a "toy hauler".

You can find a floorplan of the 3602RL here: http://www.keystonerv.com/previous-y...ptor&year=2011

If you're asking about the 3602RL, yes it is a fifth wheel. No longer in production, but there may be some used models around if you do a google search.

Years ago my DW used to get upset with me when we were driving on the interstate. To pass the time, I'd start naming RV's as they came into view headed in the other direction. By the time they got close enough for her to recognize them I'd already have called out the name, model, number of people it could sleep and the GVW. As for history, like you, I well remember "blah, blah, blah" In college that changed and I became a history buff when we visited Manassas, VA. After that, some dates actually "stuck" (but there is still a lot of "blah, blah, blah")

The answer to that, Cnc_hemi, is "Yes, the trailer he saw and liked was a fifth wheel."

Thanks to all of you! Maybe one of these days the light will come on to the name of the 5th wheel we looked at.
