Nashville & memphis suggestions
Hi everyone! We are planning a trip this fall or next spring to either the Memphis or Nashville area and are looking for campground recommendations or those to stay away from. We appreciate any help. Thanks!

Memphis
We stayed this summer at Graceland RV park. OK, nothing to write home to Mom about but it is close to Graceland (across the street) and of course the big pink Cadillac from Marlowes will pick you up right at your RV.
We also did Nashville. LOVE IT!!!!!!!! Could have stayed there much longer.
We stayed at Two Rivers Campground just down the street from Grand Ole Oprey and next door to Camping World. Real nice, grounds are immaculate, pool, etc.

My wife and I have stayed at both of those campgrounds a few years ago.
both are nice. Also there is a club with a dinner an a show next door to the
Two Rivers campground. Try to go there it was really nice.

For Nashville: Take a look at Cedar Creek Campground in Mt. Juliet TN.
Excellent!!! We go there every year in May for a long weekend. Go into Nashville for a show or concert. No sewer but has water and electric. Great views of the lake. Wide/spacious sites!!!! Just excellent!! And very reasonably priced.

Several years ago we stayed at Seven Points Campground COE for $20 a night, cost has not gone up since we stayed there. This includes 50 Amp service and water but no sewer connection; there is a dump station on site. This is a Corp of Engineering park with large level sites and a large lake with water access if you desire this. This is a lot less in cost than $62 a night at a KOA or some other park may charge. I try to stay at COE's parks if I can get into them and some even have full hook-ups.
If you are over 62 than you can get a senior pass which will allow you to camp at federal parks for 1/2 off.
This park has been rated a 10 out of 10 and or a 9 out of 10 by most users of this campground in RV park reviews.
See attached link.

Nashville is AWESOME! We've taken a family trip there for each of the last two springs and stayed at Two Rivers. The campground is very good - we will stay there when we go back....but it's more of a place to stay while you go out and see all the stuff the town has to offer as opposed to being a destination in itself. No fire rings (if that matters to you), the do have a little park, and a pool. Very clean, exceedingly helpful staff, and camping world is literally next door if you need some bits.
If you do go to Nashville be sure to go to the Loveless Cafe for some chow....this is non-negotiable. You'll thank me later
