Question Tahoe with Air Suspension WD Setup

I have a 2010 Tahoe with rear automatic leveling. I just bought a 19FBPR trailer and towed it home 450 miles. The dealer set up an Equalizer hitch but I experienced more sway and light steering at 60mph than I expected. I suspect that the hitch needs some tuning. I also suspect that the TT didn't have enough hitch weight due to being empty.

My question is how do you set up a WD hitch when the rear stays level due to the air suspension?

Thanks,
Don

The rear isn't really the issue. It's the front (of your Tahoe) you're trying to settle.

Check your hitch instructions for the setup procedure. Your trailer needs to sit level, and your Tahoe's front end needs to get back closer to unhitched height.

You can pull the fuse that will turn off the air suspension.
