Talking Travel Trailer Towing

I just returned from a trip to Amacalola Falls and watched many vehicles pull the 25% grade to get up to the campground. There were vehicles from a Mazda MVP mini van to f-350 tow vehicles. I pulled a Bullet 230 with a Titan Pro4x and it wasn't bad but I felt for the mini vans.
When you choose the TT your only half way there. Have a vehicle that will do the job and not leave you at the sight seeing pullover with the hood up. Amacalola is a beautiful place to visit but have a clean pair of undershorts if you want to tackle a 25% grade with no muscle.

According to Google Earth, the steep grade area is about 1 mile long and climbs about 800 feet - an average of 15% (with stretches between 10% and 33%).

So inside the campground was a 25% grade there is another campground just outside Helen Ga. (Unicoi) that has some really steep sites, I mean there is one section where you can see the tranny fluid stains on the road of people roasting tranny's trying to back up into the sites
