Roof bubble on slide

Just a FYI to check your roofs. I have a fusion 357. I got my unit washed and was leaving as soon as the guy was done. I got on the roof to wipe off any water. I noticed a bubble in the kitchen slide roof. It Was from the slide motor leaking oil. It will be covered by warranty but just wanted other to know it can happen. I guess they install a drip tray also to prevent it from happening again. I will take it to the dealer in a few weeks to get it fixed.

Welcome aboard! There were many, many posts about this issue over the past couple years. This problem seemed to appear on cable slide units from the 2016-2018 era of RV's. Some 2019's as well but seems to have faded away with newer RV's. What year is your rig? It's a good reminder to be on the lookout for this issue...especially during the warranty period.

Seems they may be "better" about installing the drip pans. All 3 slides have the drip pans on my 2020.
