Rubber showing on roof ?
Cleaned the roof on my Keystone Residence today I'm seeing the black rubber coming through mostly small dime size spots. Is it time to reseal it again and if so what is the recommended process?

You can paint it if you wish but it is only cosmetic. The roof is black with a very thin white layer. The integrity of your roof is fine.
