AC Air Deflectors?

I'm looking for clear or white (indoor) AC air deflectors to move/point the air to other areas of a room in our RV. The units I have only push air out from the top and bottom of the AC. We have two AC units and on both, one of the vents is facing a wall (ignorant placing, if you ask me)! Any help would be appreciated.

I guess I should've clarified that the one that I'd like to put a deflector on would be the one in the bedroom. It does not have ceiling ducts. The one in the living area does.

Your outlets are on the front and back of the ceiling assembly right? Aren’t they louvered so you can point the airflow down? I’m not aware of any plug and play deflectors.
