passport 2810bh sticker weight from factory

So I no what they say the weight is on there spec's , but what have you seen on the yellow sticker on the door when got your trailer ?
also is this weight with full propane or empty bottles

The weight sticker from the factory is what that unit weighs when it leaves the assembly line. Before any propane or battery(s).

Some manufacturers have an additional sticker by the entry door with the actual weight of that unit written on it and the signature of the person who weighed it. Keystone doesn't do it as far as I know, but I would be willing to bet your unit DRY is within 50 lbs of the sticker.
