2022 295rl MHC
2022 MHC 295rl, one of the rack and pinion slides comes in, but doesn't go out, just a clicking sound. The sound is like the sound when it comes all the way in and can't go anymore, but it's about half as loud. Batteries and fuses are all good, all the other slides and the rest of the trailer is working fine. I've searched the internet and youtube, can't find anything similar. Any ideas?

I would look at the gearbox/motor. It’s underneath the trailer located on the opposite side from the slide.

Sounds like a tooth on one of the gears has broken.

On the "follower end" of the rack is a "brass bell". Its purpose is to stop the slide "INWARD" movement when the slide reaches the travel position. It essentially prevents the slide from crushing the trailer sidewall by stopping the "follower ram" from moving in further, once the slide is in the correct "travel position"....
If you crawl under your trailer, you'll see the "brass bell". There is a 3/4" nut on it. Loosen that nut, unscrew (loosen) the brass bell about 1/2 turn and see if the slide will extend. Often times, that brass bell will "jam at the full in position" and bind the slide so tightly that the motor can't overcome the bind. Just loosening that "brass bell" enough to relieve the bind allows the slide to operate normally.
While you might have further problems like a stripped gear or broken tooth, the system is, for the most part, very robust and seldom "self destructs" without a lot of advance warning. So, if this is a "just started today" kind of problem, I'd first relieve the bind on the "brass bell" and see if that fixes your extension issue.
Here's what the brass bell looks like.

Good point, I’ve only seen it once in all my years and the thousands of rvs I have worked on. I’ve seen deformed and “crushed” from being out of adjustment.

Thanks for all the suggestions. After further investigation, I'm pretty sure that it's the motor. I think that the clutch is broke when trying to slide-out. I've got a new motor ordered, I'll update when confirmed.
