Lippert electric stabilizer jack issues

Ran into an issue this weekend and was hoping someone may have already dealt with previously.

My TT has Lippert PSX1 stabilizer jacks on the front and back. Both are run independently off their own extend/retract switch. Neither stabilizer will retract electrically and have to be raised manually. Extend works fine with the switch.

I'm going to be checking power tonight when I get home to see if the polarity is reversing going to the motor.

Just hoping someone could shed some light on what might be happening. I'm confused as to why both jacks would have the exact same problem at the exact same time.
