Magnadyne RV5090 DVD not working

I have the Magnadyne RV5090 installed from the factory. Everything works as it should except the DVD/CD player. First time I tried to load a DVD it worked great, now it will not load the disc. It just moves it in and out about 1/2" but will not load it. This unit got generally OK reviews, wondering if I can reset it somehow or am I stuck with no DVD/CD player?

Here is a link to the users manual.. It looks maybe like the reset is next to the Bluetooth symbol.

Thanks. I located the reset button and tried it but still when I switch it to DISC I can hear the motor just running and running so it may be toast. I guess I can try calling Magnadyne...

Sorry but I'm thinking if you reset it and it still doesn't work, Its probably like you say toast. Looks like this might be a decent replacement

Thanks. Everything else works in it and I am not a big fan of DVDs so I will most likely just stick with it. Plus I can't figure out how to get it out without taking out the whole cabinet so it is not worth trying to put a new one in there just for something that I will not use.

I bet it’s just 4 squarehead screws. If the ends look like they will pull off, the screws will be behind them.
