Look for a plastic or metal panel with a fold down door close to the floor. Behind the fold down door is the fuses (12vdc) and circuit breakers (120vac). Looking at your floor plan, my guess would be in or near the entertainment center cabinet.

On our travel trailer of the same "vintage" and a similar floorplan, the power distribution center was located on the floor, just as you walk into the trailer from the rear entrance. It was located, essentially under the sink, and was a dark brown plastic panel with a "push in door lock". Just push the center of the lock and the door folds down. Inside that you'll find the 120VAC circuit breakers and the 12VDC fuses.

Here's are photos of the power distribution center.

My 2002 Cougar has a metal power center enclosure with a mechanical twist lock that opens by using a quarter or similar and turning.
