Grease trap

When I'm docked @ home I run my grey water about 50' to the septic field. What's happening is that the pipe that runs out there is getting clogged with mainly soap goop and clogging up the pipe. It's a smelly job to dig it up and clean it out.
I'm thinking that maybe I could buy or build some sort of grease trap that'll fit just under the grey drain.
Has anyone done this before? Any ideas would be appreciated

You might try hold grey in tank and dumping when full. Soaps and solids will seperate out if not enough flow especially if you are using 3 inch pipe.

I'm using 3" pipe but yet I still can't find an adapter that'll fit from the gray to the 3".
