I understand what you're saying. I cut the linoleum in the outdoor kitchen, the damage goes 6 inches to 10 inches in from the door, otherwise no other water damage. I dropped the underbelly and definitely no signs of water damage anywhere. There isn't even dust in the underbelly. I checked all of the piping, no other leaks. It was a one owner, contacted the owner and he said he kept it In storage and just didn't use it much. It bluebooks for 22k.

Parts ~~ eTrailer and Trekwood. Maybe a camper salvage yard near or find one online.
