Technically I see no reason that using Bearing Buddies on a EZ Lube spindle will harm anything. I've never done it. If you do, remove the grease zerk on the end of the spindle. That way you will get a minimal benefit of pressuring grease through the spindle and into the inboard bearing. If you do this yourself go ahead and fill the void in the hub full of grease, will save you pumping it full. Be aware the same caution of greasing your brakes can happen. Follow the Bearing Buddy instructions about when to stop pumping. Be careful that the Bearing Buddy is clear of the hub cap.
