Bad Customers Service
I’m very disappointed with the quality of our Alpine 3800 FK Fifth Wheel and the warranty department at Keystone RV. Our 5th wheel trailer is only 16 months old. We are having a slide out issue with our electric kitchen slide out. Keystone won’t back up the warranty on the slide. A rivet snap due to pour installation of the hardware. A warranty claim was filled and denied. Keystone forgot to seal up parts of the under belly. We were having issues with Mice getting into our 80,000 fifth wheel. Front gasket is pulling away from the window. Warranty claim denied cause it’s not leaking yet!. This is over 2500.00 of repairs on a 16 month old fifth wheel that sits on our seasonal campsite. I will never buy another Keystone RV.
