Travel trailer ground control 3.0

I have a 2021 Keystone Cougar 26RBS. While on my way home from Minnesota to Tennessee we stopped in a Missouri State Park, the park had level concrete pads, when I went to auto level I got a auto level failed message, I retracted all jacks and retried auto level again got auto level failed message. I then manually level the trailer and reset zero set point then retracted all jacks and then auto leveled the trailer and it worked fine. Then when I got home and tried to auto level the trailer again I got a auto level failed message and again I had to manually level the trailer and reset zero point before it would auto level. After thinking about it I opened up the belly and checked the rear sensor and I found that one of the self tapping screws holding the sensor in place missing and the other losse, I'm going to replace the self tapping screws with bolts and nuts and use lock tight on the bolts and then I'm going to check the front sensor and replace it fasteners with nuts are bolts. I know that this will a long post but hope that this post will help someone with the some problem.

I have a Montana and have the same issues. The 2.0 system worked one time at the dealership, after that it continually fails. Tired of taking it back to the dealer for two weeks only to get back and doesn't work. One of the techs showed me how to lower the middle jacks manually so I level with a remote sensor placed in the trailer and I can read the level from the handheld module outside. Not sure if the system is just bad or the service department is. Once the warrantee expired, Keystone stopped responding to my messages. Great trailer otherwise.

The remote sensors not being attached correctly is actually a fairly common problem.
