Who-Ray for SEARCH Tab

Howdy All;

Just wanted to say thanks for the Search Tab........

Had a minor problem Sunday morning, about 06:30 am.
The top of my head got cold enough to wake me up.
Problem was my propane stopped flowing..... Outside temp.
was in the low 20's (yep, back in Utah). So, where in the county
do I get propane at 06:30 am. ????? Answer ... nearest Truck Stop...
43 miles away in the next county!!!!!
After I arrived back at the 5'er I got to checking some things.... I have the
'Split System' (one tank on each side). As I have been utlizing a 125 gal.
tank while I was in N.M. when we disconnected me from the big tank I had
just opened the service valves on both tanks. Wrong answer..... Appears that
to 'properly' charge the system one has to do a few things differently......I'd remembered
reading something about this somewhere ..... so I took a treck through the search function.
Had to go back around 7 or 8 pages but I found what I was looking for.
Shut everything down, went outside, turned off both bottles and disconnected both pigtails.
Waited a few minutes then hooked them both back up. Primary side (Door side/
Passengerside/curbside take your pick), first. SLOWLY open the valve.
Go over to the secondary side (Driver's side/Road side), Slowly open
The valve enough to hear the propane move (gas passing ),
allow the gas to pass for a minute, then close the valve..... Then re-open the valve SLOWLYall the way open.

Should be ready for the next go 'round now...
So, ... thanks for the Search Tab it only works if you use it...
