Just want to say that we have now dealt with this CW three times since we have had our Premier, which we did not purchase from them. First time was warranty work, the other two times were to order Keystone parts and this time for some maintenance work. They have always been fair, professional, friendly and quick. We are pleased and feel it's important to establish a good relationship with an honest service shop. They are 175 miles from us, the nearest, so they have been good at catering to our needs.
