First long trip with the Sprinter

We are leaving in the AM on our first long trip. The TT has about 2100 miles on it but have all been short weekend type trips. This trip will be around 1500 miles if my math is fairly accurate. We head west to MS to drop the curtain climbers off with the Grandparents, then head South to the Big Easy. (New Orleans). Staying at the French Quarter RV Resort and will get some good grub that I have been missing since moving from MS to GA. We will eat and DRINK good while here then head over to Navarre beach in FL For 5 days. Santa Rosa RV Resort will be our residence here. We got the last sight on a row so we will have an unobstructed view of Santa Rosa sound. We both need some rest and relaxation, but this will be the longest time away from our kids. The DW has already started talking about that and we have not even left yet.
We are going to camp a night going and coming home with the kids so all will be well there.

Fridges are packed, clean drawers and a couple swim suits and I am ready!!!!! :-)

Here are a few pics of he French Quarter RV resort. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Big Easy. We have walked everywhere so far. Just go a cab back from Magazine street and Canal, but it has started to rain and the grease, urine and filthy sidewalks are pretty treacherous when wet. Very convenient to the French Quarter. Only a block or so from he visitors center.
Will be making this a yearly trip I believe!!Click image for larger version
