Not really. There will still be some water left "standing" -- in the pump, in some of valves, faucets, etc. If you don't want to use RV antifreeze, you can clear all the water out by blowing the lines out. For this, you'll need an air compressor set to about 30-40psi.
To ensure that the lines have been properly and thoroughly winterized, you either need RV antifreeze pumped through all of the lines, or have them blown out with air.
