buying rv lots

Hi all

Hubby and I are looking at upgrading our TT this year. Still in the dry camping stage for most of our trips and doing 14 days road trips once a year. So thinking a two step upgrade, first just upgrading our 2004 TT for the next 3-4 years.

We're interested in doing rving 3-4 months in 3-4 years from now and are interested in how rv lots work, is it worth the investment and if so does it have a postive cash flow?

We love the Florida keys and would love to "move" there 3-4 a year

Thanks always for advice
