Fifth wheel tongue weight?

This may sound crazy, but here goes nothing.
How is the best way to tell my tongue weight on my fiver? Do I weigh the whole unit on trucks top scales and then pull just the truck portion on the scales with the fiver attached? I know my EW of the F250 so that is no biggie.
I am just lying here wake trying to solve the worlds problems

When I hit the scales, I get four measurements by incrementally pulling onto the scales, then disconnecting and driving off the scales:
1) Front truck axle only
2) Both truck axles
3) Truck and trailer
4) Trailer only

Do some math and you'll find out just about all you want, except for individual trailer axle and wheel loads. For that, you'll need to jockey the trailer around to get left- and right-side measurements.

The way I do it is to, with the trailer attached:
Weigh the truck front, back and trailer axles.
Drop the the trailer and weigh the truck front and back axles again without the trailer.

The pin weight will be the difference between the loaded truck weight (total of both axles) and the empty truck weight.

The trailer weight will be the weight difference calculated above (loaded truck - empty truck) added to the trailer axle weight.

The total combined weight will be the loaded truck front, back and trailer axles added together.

Works for me.

Works for me.
That works on both sides of the border!
That is the same method I use.
