emerald coast in panama city one of the nicest we stayed at.

I rode by 3 years ago and it looked rundown then. Not sure what has been done lately. We always stay at St Andrews SP

St. Andrews in PC is nice as well, just no sewer hookup. Location is great. It's a state campground...
