no sound from blue tooth

Alpine 3600RS 2014
Harman Kardon BTA 10 installed from factory, pair with iphone paring light goes solid blue, phone paired, no sound from boise speakers. Any ideas on this problem.

Despite proper pairing... Wrong input could be selected on receiver/amp...

Also could have volume down/muted on phone.....

Could also have wrong speakers selected (A, B, C) .. or none selected....

Do other inputs (am, fm, cd, etc) play?

No radio just TV , DVD and all works thru Boise as should

I've had an iPhone act like all was well, sending to the correct Bluetooth device, etc... And nothing coming out. Try turning BT completely off on the phone if you haven't already and then reboot the phone with the pinch of death and reconnect.
