Bypass water heater valve

Hellowe give a 2018 outback 210r
Where is the by pass valve for the water heater
There seems to be only one valve and the hot water tap just sputters with no water coming out
I was on the rv repair site and they said that it sounds like the winterizing valve is still closed. We have filled the tank
Can anyone give suggestions

The first picture is of the bypass valve and it is on (not in bypass mode). If the hot water tank actually filled it is working. When it is turned to the vertical position (inline with the bypass water line going up to feed the hot water line) it is in bypass mode and water won't enter the water heater.

The rest of the pictures appear to be of the water pump. Is there an issue with it? Are you using it to pump water or are you using city water? Have you filled the fresh water tank if you're using the pump?

You say it is an 18 model. Is it new, or new to you? Have you used it previously? It takes a bit of sputtering, hissing and coughing before the hot water will begin to flow if it has been winterized, then dewinterized.

^^^What Danny said, plus there's a procedure for filling the HWT and it should be in your manuals. If you don't have the manuals have a search of the forums here. I'm sure I saw it here somewhere. It involves turning the fresh water on and opening the overpressure valve on the front (IIRC). It's a bit more involved than that as you have to establish an air gap in the tank for expansion.
