when to rv armour the roof

hello all-

when should one think about having the roof redone on a TT, we have a hideout 262 bh (2021) and have during the winter kept it covered-
also at the beginning of the season (usually around mid April) and at the end o the season (October-ish) I use the cleaner and sealer that is appropriate for the roofing.

we bought in new in july of 21

thanks

Any day that is cool, roof is dry and is clean. Makes no difference to speak of.
How many times a year do you feel is necessary to seal a roof?

I have an RV Armor roof and never go up and check things because everything is secure. It comes with a lifetime warranty that is fully transferable. Now if I had a newish trailer that had no roof damage, I would continue to get up there from time to time and check things and service but if your roof tears or starts to become unserviceable for any reason and you are without warranty assistance and MUST replace the roof (torn or the like) then that is the time to think about a permanent roof solution.
