Incommand not working

I have an Incommand system in 2016 352TS that is not working properly and left me dead in water basically at 9pm upon setting up camp.
Powers on, touchscreen turns on, but no data is showing (gen hours, fluid levels, etc).
Did all of the hard resets to touch screen, pulled BCM fuse and even disconnected batteries. Still not working properly. Had to use manual switches on board to open camper up. Luckily we have city water, so cold showers for us in am!
I've emailed ASA customer service so they will have a nice email in the morning.
Anyone have field tested suggestions?

Happened to me. You need a new BCM. Very frustrating, I know. Who the heck thought it was a good idea to not have a manual backup switch for the water heater????

I emailed the company asking about that and if they are planning on doing that. They gloriously replied for me to contact Keystone Raptor team about those switches.

So, came back to camper this evening, low and behold it stopped communicating. Talked with Harold from ASA (company made Jensen InCommand) and it was Keystone decision to not put manual backup switches in these units with this tech. After some tech talk found that I need a new BCM. Way to go Keystone.
