battery type

I'm inquiring if AGM battery would be ok to use in my 2014 cougar fifth wheel.
The ones in there are lead base . I wasn't sure if my converter would be a factor in switching over. I was looking at the 100ah 27series . any help is appreciated. thanks

An AGM battery is also a Lead Acid battery and your converter will see it the same as a regular LA battery.

My last '13 rv the converter had a switch on the front that switched from LA to AGM.

Thank you for the Info, would the converter be where the circuit panel is?

The converter in our rig, pre Lithium, has a jumper location, but it adjusts the converter from flooded lead acid, which includes AGM, over to Gel batteries, which need a different charge.
This is from the Progressive manual:
When used with a gel cell battery, install jumper (0.100” spacing, not supplied) to 2-pin connector at H4 on main circuit board.
