NO. The part in red is "absolutely false" in your refrigerator. The 400 watt electric heating element is powered by 120 VAC from the plug mounted at the rear of the refrigerator cabinet (just above the lower exterior vent). That "heater element" is ONLY powered by 120 VAC and there is no 12 volt power wiring connected to the heater element.

The ONLY source of power to that heating element is provided by that "exterior 120 VAC plug", so unless you have rewired your trailer shore power system to include THAT PLUG on an inverter system, then there is NO POWER to the refrigerator 400 watt heating element and the ONLY way the refrigerator would operate is on LP gas with shore power removed. The refrigerator 120VAC plug is NOT a part of the Keystone Solar system in any LPG/AC refrigerator whether it's a Dometic or a Norcold refrigerator.
