Canadians Returning Home

We are Canadians Planning to return home by land in March, we plan to cross the border between Oroville WA and Osoyoos BC. The latest update is that fully vaccinated Canadians returning will only need the Antigen test, which is less expensive, sounds great. But.
In order to return the Arrive Canada has to be completed including vaccination and test results 72 hours prior to arrival but the Antigen test has to be done within 24 hours of arrival??? We also find it almost impossible to find a test center that will do testing for travelers.
Any suggestions as to getting testing done would be greatly appreciated

This looks like your best bet. Call in the area and make a reservation.
In New York State residents get testing for free, visitors pay $65 results within the hour. I would think it's the same on the left coast.

Check out the news channels or B.C health site our leader Turdo just announced starting April 1st no test are required for the fully vaxed but you have to fill out your ArriveCan app stuff. Hope this helps!

We were happy to see that as well, it’s been a long time coming!

For future reference, there is a specific Rapid Antigen test kit that is video-monitored (any device with a camera) and is accepted as valid for travel requirements. We used them recently traveling to and from the Caribbean. It is Abbot BinaxNOW Covid-19 Ag Card (Don’t confuse it with a “standard” BinaxNOW test, it HAS to say Ag Card and HAS to be video monitored to be valid for use). Each test takes about 20 minutes from when you start to when you get your results in an app or email.
