mikell, Howdy;
One area that needs addressed is skirting.
The further North the more important, and more
durable it needs to be. With my TT in Central Utah
(-40* temps and below 0* for several days in a row at times),
I used 1/2" plywood (with 2 coats of paint on all 6 sides8' sheet
into 2'X8' lengths and used 2"X2"s for the framing. I didn't bother
trimming the bottoms to fit the topography, I created a slit trench
and buried the bottoms, that helped make the trailer more solid as well.
I also made sure that I had a site that allowed me to have the
side of my trailer that has the plumbing run facing South, so I could
have the sun warm that side. Little thing ... but it helps.
hope that helps.
