Greetings from Minnesota

Greetings. My name is Tobiah Johnson. I own a 2015 Keystone Hideaway. I live in it in Minnesota. Currently my heater is giving me trouble at the worst time, winter is on us and it is cold outside (thank God for space heaters). I bought a new Coleman Mach thermostat for it due to mice tearing up the original one. The AC and everything else fire up just fine, but the heater only clicks then 30 seconds later clicks again. Any advice would be fantastic as to the wiring or what I am doing wrong. I am running off of shore power and a 500 pound propane tank. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums, but unfortunately I have no clue on trouble shooting your furnace. There's too many things that could be damaged due to rodent infestation. All you can do is take the time to examine every wire and make sure there is no damage. You didn't say what kind of furnace you have, but on some models, there is a series of flashing lights which are signals to what the problem is. 3 short dashes mean something, 1 short and 2 longs means something else. But, yours might not have that either. So, more information is needed.

Cold weather living in an RV is definitely different than warm weather living. There's no letting down your guard. Things have to be checked constantly, and the colder it gets outside, the attentive you have to get. It sounds like you've got most of this figured out though, especially with a 500 gallon propane tank!

Some info is needed;

Is this trailer new to you or have you owned it a while? Has the furnace been working and just failed? Have you recently refilled the tank, turned it on/off? What brand/size of furnace (Atwood/Suburban etc. - 30k/35k/40k)? When it clicks, how many clicks? Does the burner ignite at all? After it clicks x amount of times a few times does it just stop? How many times?

Some additional information will help get you more accurate information vs freezing...
