2022 Premier 34RIPR

We just purchased our dream RV from LazyDays in Knoxville. Absolutely love the layout of this. We just got it home and set it up at our storage facility and this happened while extending the recliner slide. Needless to say we are very upset. We should have checked the operation of all the slides during our walk-through.
We’re taking it back to the dealer on Monday.

Welcome to the forum

Sorry for the tear in the floor, when you picked it up were the slides closed? And you didn’t operate everything?

All 3 slides were open when we did our final walk through. When we hitched the RV up, the techs brought all the slides in. Obviously, something was under the slide at that point. I opened the slide when we got home home and the flooring was damaged at that point.

If the board pattern is perpendicular to the slide direction, how can it make angles like that?

A screw will tear the Lino like that. Seen it a few times, even in a trailer fresh from the factory.
