Yep, during the multiple calls yesterday the first attempt to send me to "America" for further assistance resulted in a 5 minute hold and then they hung up. Second attempt to xfer me resulted in about a 10 minute hold waiting for "America" and then another person from "somewhere over there" came back on the line and tried to assist....yet again....to no avail. Both attempts to xfer were their decisions and not my request. There is no such thing as service any more - just those that want your money.
