(Sorry Admins, I could not get anyone to answer my question on Page 3 of the last post. Maybe someone will see this one)
I have a Coleman AC unit on the top of my old Motorcycle trailer that I was considering moving to the Kitchen Skylight. My RV Mechanic told me that it would fit the Skylight hold but would have to be wired from my Generator to the AC because I only have 30Amp Service. The good news is that I had the installer run the second breaker on the Generator to the breaker box in the kitchen when they installed it, so I will just have to figure out a way to extend it up through the cabinets and across the ceiling about 10 feet.
My Mechanic told me it would cost me $1500.00 for him to do the job. I am competent in electrical wiring, but am a bit apprehensive about getting into the ceiling. Is this a tricky issue or does someone have some expertise that they care to part with?
Thanks, Bill
