AC/Furnace

Hi All!

I've done searches and can't find any answers although I'm sure I'm not the first one for this.

We bought a 2020 Hideout 232LHS new last October and finally got to use it this last week. Things went pretty smoothly except for the AC, it will not turn on. No relay clicking or anything. We have a wall mount thermostat, not a unit mounted one. I checked fuses and circuit breakers.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
Brad

Welcome to the forum

Let’s start with the simple things. You are plugged into shore power?

What thermostat and what AC unit brands?

Thermostat? In command?

We don't have a TV since we never watch it. Microwave works and we don't have In Command.

Ok. You need to look at the wires on the thermostat. Make sure they are attached and solid. Then go to the AC unit. Remove the ceiling assembly and look for the yellow wire at the control box. I have found a poor crimp many times.
