Courage Half-Ton slide stuck
Hi all, just picked up my 22RBSWE a few days ago and has unfortunately been a very frustrating experience this far.
I tried to open the slide for the first time at my house. Battery power only. It made it about 4 inches before it went silent. Now it's stuck there.
The awning won't open either. Battery says it's at 12.6.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is your trailer a new trailer, a used trailer, has the slide worked prior to this or is this the first time you've had issues with the slide, are you on shore power or only on battery power, are the lights, water pump, refrigerator and furnace working.....
Give us more details about what is going on and what you've done/checked....

It's brand new. It's the first time I've tried opening the slide not at the dealership and not on shore power. It was battery power only.
Lights, water pump, etc all work. Only things I can't get to work (that I assume should work on batteries alone) are the slide out and awning.
I checked the fuses in the panel inside

It sounds like either a ground problem (at the battery) or one of the two DC mini-breakers (mounted on the A-frame bulkhead).
If the trailer is new, I'd do some "minor troubleshooting" but don't go ripping things apart. If you do, and find a major issue, you run the risk of voiding your warranty.....
I'd first plug the trailer into shore power and see if the slide and awning work. If they do, that would narrow the problem down to the "battery power supplied to the slide/awning motors"... That battery power goes through the two mini-breakers directly from the battery which is the same path the converter/charger uses. If the slide and awning work on shore power, to me, that would indicate a battery issue.....

Are the pictures I attached the correct area?

No, the mini-breakers are located on the front of the trailer, below the FILON front cap, on the black metal crossmember. Follow the RED (or black) battery cable and it will "lead you to them".
They look like this photo and may/may not have a vinyl cover over the terminals. They are about 1" long, 3/4" wide and 3/4" tall with two terminals on the top.

Just tried to find them and had no luck. The undercarriage is insulated so would I be correct to assume that the cross member you're talking about would be underneath that?
The only two places the battery cables run are to the battery disconnect box (pictured above) and through the insulation behind the front cap of the trailer.

There is a battery cable going to the battery cutoff switch and one coming out of the BCO switch. Follow that cable away from the BCO switch and it will lead to the mini-breakers. There has been significant corrosion issues with the location on the forward bulkhead. Maybe Keystone "finally moved them" to a different location ?????
Keep looking, there are "in plain sight" somewhere, possibly inside the forward passthrough storage area, mounted either on the ceiling or behind an access panel. If you have a plastic panel for the solar system access in your passthrough, they may be located there.....

Does this look like it could be of any help?
This was the closest I could find. There's one small plastic panel above the zamp solar charge controller that I figure I can take off if this isn't correct.

I think the trailer has the new style breaker box on the tongue of the trailer. They now enclose all the breakers and 7 way in the same housing. I believe those are the breakers he is looking for in that housing.
