De-winterization problems

This is my first time de-winterizing a trailer (a 2021 243bhs) and I've run into problems I'm hoping someone can help me diagnose if I can DIY fix, or need to haul my unit back to the dealership (which I'd *really* like not to do!)

Step by step:

Wet bay had both valves (winterization and heater by-pass) set to the labelled OFF position. It was my understanding these are often mis-labelled. These are how they came from the dealership last fall.

2/3 filled the fresh water tank. Remove hose.
Turned on the pump.
Turned on cold tap. Nothing happened.
Flipped the Winterization valve from OFF to ON. Pump tone immediately changed, then after a few seconds stopped.
We now had water, and proceeded to drain each cold line and outdoor tap.

When we came back around to the wet bay, it was soaking wet, including water on the ceiling. My wife called that there was water inside the trailer on the floor - it seems there was some explosion of water in the wet bay, enough to force water up into the camper.

We notice that the city water infill, which we have yet to use, is dripping when the pump is on.

Next up, we hooked up the hose to the city water inlet
Turned on all hot lines, which flushed.
Noticed there was air in the pipes, no matter how long they ran.
Noticed a "buzz" noise from the city water infill any time there was a tap on.

Video, with audio of the noise: https://imgur.com/edg66cU

Sounds like a leak? Bad city water infill valve?

I'm not hugely DIY savvy, but I'll have a go at fixing it myself to save a trip to the dealer. Thoughts?

Question was it winterized by the dealer or was it done by yourself. Could be wasn’t winterized correctly and a pipe may have froze and broke.

Winter by-pass lever is upside down.

It was winterized by the dealership, but it certainly “feels” like a cracked pipe or valve letting air into the lines.

If you check the video I also posted, we changed that when we were testing the pump.

Certainly sounds like a split hose. The city water is teed to the discharge of your pump with a check valve. If the water pump shuts down on its pressure switch and the city water flows continuously, the leak would be between the city connection and the check valve. Depending on configuration, that short section may not have gotten winterized or had a poor connection.
Nothing extraordinary in there, remove panels until you can access behind there, investigate and repair. Likely is pex fittings. While you are in there, secure, insulate, isolate piping to quiet down the vibrations.

Winterizing valve changes pump suction from tank to winterising port in wet bay, that is how you suck the antifreeze in.
Water heater valve shuts the inlet to the heater.
If the valves are mislabeled, you'll figure it out fairly quickly.

If the dealer is near by I would just bring it there. The second you start peeling back the first layer, it might get worse. Let them do it.

They aren't close - an hour and change - but thats what I'm going to do. I'm comfortable doing a bunch of troubleshooting and minor DIY, but to get into the pumps I have to start pulling panels off, and thats not something I'm doing on a new RV thats under warranty.

I spent most of Saturday troubleshooting to get this far, I've given it enough of my time already!
