And what's the plan if it rains for 4 days and is totally overcast for a few more? I'm sorry, but if you must have the air conditioner and all the other conveniences of home then go to a hotel. That's my opinion FWIW.
I just have to take a second to point out the absurdity of thinking that if it's been raining for 4 days, and overcast for more, that someone would want to run air conditioner.
I do understand that that was just an example, and what you really saying is that there will be circumstances where you will not be able to operate everything with a solar panel.

Absurdity??? In most hot, non arrid geographies that description is when most people would desire the air conditioner. If it's in the 90° range with high humidity the condensation of the interior air will make if feel cooler, to say nothing of the actual reduction in ambient Temps.

Good luck with your endeavors.

You obviously have NEVER set up a travel trailer in south Louisiana, Mississippi, south Texas or even the Florida panhandle in July or August, where it regularly rains every afternoon and temps are "incessantly over 90F"..... It's not even close to "absurdity" to think of running an air conditioner if it's been raining for 4 days.... Absurd is thinking you could be comfortable in 90F, 100% humidity, in the rain in the southeast USA without an air conditioner..... Truth is, anyone would "be a fool" not to want air conditioning in that environment.....
