I don't have this product but I have been looking at it.
I think this link is to replace the supplied shim problem. At an extra cost. I have not yet looked at reviews on this product.

EDIT: After some more searching I can't buy the Halo on amazon.ca
I did find this as an alternative.

George if I recall the reviews on the Mopeeka LP tank monitors are very good and I believe we have several members on this forum that own them and really like them. I did not have any luck with the one I ordered for my last trailer so they sent me a new replacement. I have never installed it.

The concept is great, and if functioning properly, is/would be a handy thing. I believe my issue was the way the tanks were made as best I could tell. The little aluminum spacer legs weren't "all they could be" IMO.

I just installed the 2 tank system a couple of days ago. works so far. It did come with the metal feet unlike older models with rubber feet. Amazon reviews are generally good with 4.3 out of 5 stars.

I have had these for years. I started out with the remote tank monitor which I mounted in my kitchen and sensors. This had the limitation at the time that it could only read 20 pound tanks so it took some time for the reading to show anything but full. More recently, I paired the sensors to the app on my phone and I like this much better as it supports 30(and 40 I think) pound tanks.

Most recently, I added the wireless bridge which interfaces with the app on my phone anywhere as long as there is internet in the RV. Since I turn on the heat at a very low temperature to keep things from freezing at night while stored in my driveway(spring and fall), this lets me keep track of the propane levels without leaving the house.

I've got the unit that uses the phone. Love it, been using it for several years. Throw away the little clips they supply and buy the tank halo, I got mine here https://tweetys.com/mopeka-024-5002-tank-halo.aspx
