I would like to give a HUGE "Kudos" to Keystone RV, Robyne hakes, in Customer Service, and Repair manager Cliff DeLong at Sky River RV, in Pismo Beach, California!
I had a huge problem with my new trailer, due to a shady dishonest dealer (Barber RV, in Ventura, CA). I do not want to focus on the problem, but the fantastic way the above mentioned people took care of that problem! If you want to see the thread of the problems, look here:

If ANYONE needs some work done on their trailer, within 100++ miles of Pismo Beach, CA, Cliff DeLong at Sky River is worth the time, effort, and gas, to have HIM fix your problem!!! You KNOW a good repair man must know his stuff if he works on top of the line Airstream trailers all the time, Cliff does! Sky River RV sell's and services Keystone, and Airstream trailers! Pismo Beach is their newest branch dealership and repair facility, so the web site is not fully up to date yet. Click on "Pismo Beach" on the left side bar and it takes you to the "Airstream" dealer at pismo, which is also a Keystone dealer. Their phone number is 805-779-7700.
