Power tongue jack

Sorry ahead of time if i've posted this in the wrong spot. And i will fill out my sig in a few.

But i am wanting to buy a power tongue jack for my toy hauler and need input on brands to look at or stay away from.

I have had my eye on 2 different ones but know nothing about them or what i should be getting or looking at.

First one: The Bulldog 4000 jack, caught my eye cause it looks nice and 5 year warrenty.

2nd one: Barker VIP 3500, caught my eye cause it says for toy haulers and high tow vehicles with 24" stroke?

Any input on which jack to buy or even another brand prefered by others, please let me know as i am ready to purchase, just want to make a good choice..
