Thanks to Rob at Camping World of Asheville! And thanks to Keystone for replacing our non-working refrigerator! We've tested the new one for 5 days now on ac and gas, and while we have to turn it all the way up, it has worked consistently with no periods of temps above 40 in the fridge!

Rob is our service writer this week too. Our Fuzion Genset is out(3rd time) and a few other warranty issues. Rob has done well getting it covered each time we were there. I travel to Asheville, from SC, instead of the Spartanburg store. The Spartanburg group was much less friendly, even saying that if we bought our unit from any other place, we took a back seat to their customers. That alone lost then a Toy Hauler sale!
