JT Strongarms issue

I know several members here have these. I went to install mine this weekend. My electric stabilizer jacks have an arm on each side that attatches to outside of trailer frame. It is 18" wide and guides the arm as it goes back up and looks to give some support/stability. Problem is it seems to be in the way of installing the strongarms. They would prevent the stabilizer jacks from fully retracting. I plan on calling the company today for advice, but just wondered if anyone else ran into this? My trailer is a 2011 passport. Both products are made under the lippert company so I'm thinking their is a way it works, but couldn't figure it out.
